How to request evidence from a colleague in goiso

Don't wait for evidence, and don't chase it down with messages: request it inside the platform, and once it's uploaded, it becomes evidence linked right where it belongs.

A request requires team members to already be added during Setup — there's no request without a recipient. See How to get started with goiso.

How the bridge works

1. From the inspection card, click Request evidence.
2. Specify the document you need and the colleague responsible for it.
3. Your colleague receives a card on their board along with a notification.
4. Once they upload the document, it is flattened into evidence linked to the inspection, and the card closes automatically.
5. You get a notification that the request has been fulfilled.

For compliance-clause documents the path is seeding: seed the plan row to a colleague from the clause expansion — the assignment IS the request, and the evidence lands on the card where it counts.
